Free accounts are what everyone starts out with by default. Free accounts have 250 auth requests included and do not require any credit card or payment information. Free account have a maximum of 2 team members. If you need to send more than 250 auths per month and/or need more than 2 team members, please update to the Standard plan.
Standard accounts require a credit card and have a $5.00 base charge each month. Standard accounts include up to 10 team members. Standard Paid accounts have 500 auth requests included before usage charges kick in. After 500 auth requests, each auth request costs $0.05. For example, if you sent 1250 auths in a month, the charge would be:
$5.00 + ((1250 - 500) * 0.05) = $42.50

Enterprise plans are coming soon. Enterprise plans are charged per user and have unlimited auth requests per user. Enterprise accounts include advanced features, such as device management, device revocation, optional location data, etc. If you'd like to test drive our enterprise plan, please contact us.
Upgrade or Downgrade Account Plan
To upgrade your account from Free to Standard, simply head over to https://dashboard.autharmor.com/billing and change account type. You will be asked for a credit card. We will store this information and use it for each billing cycle. If you need to change your credit card, you can do so at any time on the same page, just click "Change Card" and update your info.
If at anytime you need to downgrade your account from Standard to Free, you can easily do so by heading to https://dashboard.autharmor.com/billing and change account type. Note: If you have more than 2 team members, you can not downgrade until you only have two team members left. Also, you are still responsible for any auth requests you have already used. If you are over 250 for the billable month, when you switch to free, you will be unable to send any auth requests until the next billing month.
